Barbados is situated just east of the Caribbean Sea and is a West Indian island. It is a favorite tourist destination for many and Tourism in this island accounts for almost half of its economy. Being a calm and soothing place, it has many honeymoon destinations such as superb resorts, calm and soft Caribbean beaches along with wild Atlantic coast; it has friendly locals that are button-down. The sunset cruises and buggy rides around the caves of Harrison, visits to many historic houses and rum distilleries are great fun.
Barbados has around 153 hotels, with few being all-inclusive.
